Victoria Falls, Africa to Las Palmas, Spain

As a grand finale to our fantastic African Safari, we enjoyed lunch on the patio of the Royal Livingstone Hotel, a visit from a passing giraffe, and a Zambezi River Cocktail Cruise at sunset. We are not exactly eager for three flights to transport us to Las Palmas, Gran Canaria to catch the Onward when it docks there on May 22. But, we can use the layover in Amsterdam to begin to sort through our hundreds of photos that only partially capture the special sights and the magical moments of this African sojourn. Everyone told us we would love it and everyone was right! Thanks to Michael Bray and Salute Africa for arranging such a perfect chapter of this journey on short notice. Each unique venue was exciting, luxurious and memorable and the transfers and transportation worked perfectly. We simply couldn’t have done this on our own! It was an unforgettable addition to our anniversary celebration journey!
