Monte Carlo, Monaco

We were feeling very privileged to have the very best berth in the Port Monte Carlo. There are many luxury yachts to oogle and the views are outstanding! We went on our last excursion to Nice, Eze and back to Monte Carlo to admire the views of the Cote d’ Azure.

Monte Carlo is home to the famous Monte Carlo Casino. The tiny principality of Monaco is a sovereign state of just one square mile, boasts some of the most expensive real estate and a reputation that attracts the ultra wealthy and pretend luminaries from around the globe , like us!

A World Voyage champagne breakfast as we arrive in Monte Carlo for our last port. Nice touch, Azamara!

Tourists admire and soak up the glamorous cities like Nice and Eze. The French Riviera or Côte d’Azur, is a photographic feast with sparkling seas, fancy villas and medieval ruins. We saw Elton John’s place from afar — the beautiful people are certainly at home here.

Civitavecchia, Italy,🇮🇹 a port town where sailors are lovers, according to the sculptors here! We were docked next to the Italian naval ships. There were D-Day ceremonies celebrating the end of WWII.
